Overview
What is GLIMPSE by Weevo and what does it return?
GLIMPSE by Weevo is a tool that analyzes brand presence in generative AI responses. It transforms your market questions into a list of brands accompanied by synthetic descriptions. Each response is saved in a structured format to feed charts, tables, and interactive maps dedicated to analyzing the cited brands.
Does GLIMPSE by Weevo conduct research, analysis or market surveys?
Market research is a complex operation requiring skills, tools, and resources. GLIMPSE by Weevo analyzes the responses of generative Artificial Intelligence. If a user searches for "the healthiest yogurt" on an AI, manufacturers want to know if they are cited and how. GLIMPSE by Weevo can perform an analysis on a significant sample of responses, making the result compatible with market analysis, but conducted not on consumers/users, but on the responses that AIs give to consumers/users.
GLIMPSE by Weevo allows different levels of search depth:
- 2,500 requests: excellent stability for B2M (Business To Mass) brands, also useful for analysis on secondary brands (±2%)
- 1,000 requests: standard sample for reliable results on top B2M brands (±3%)
- 500 requests: small sample for B2M, high variability in responses (±5%)
- 250 requests: trial analysis for B2M
- 100 requests: in-depth analysis for B2B/Local B2C (e.g., manufacturing companies in known sectors, restaurants in large cities, etc.)
- 50 requests: standard analysis for B2B/Local B2C (e.g., manufacturing companies, restaurants, etc.)
- 20 requests: useful for trial analysis
Who is GLIMPSE by Weevo really for?
- For structured companies with internal marketing: GLIMPSE by Weevo accelerates and makes the team's work more efficient, providing up-to-date and verifiable insights without having to launch expensive external studies.
- For SMEs and professionals without a marketing department: GLIMPSE by Weevo finally makes market research accessible to those who usually don't do it because it's too complex or expensive. In a few minutes, you can understand where you stand, how the market moves, and what to do to avoid falling behind.
- For marketing agencies supporting SMEs: GLIMPSE by Weevo becomes an extra tool to offer concrete analysis and data-based decisions, not intuition-based ones.
Can I do the same analysis with my generative AI?
If you ask the same question you would ask GLIMPSE by Weevo to a generative AI like ChatGPT, Google AI Overview, Gemini, Perplexity, etc., you would get an unformatted and unorganized answer. Furthermore, generative AI responses are strongly influenced by user behavior. Using GLIMPSE by Weevo ensures impartiality, response organization, and data aggregation.
Account and Access
How do I register and log in for the first time?
From the registration form, enter your name, email, and password, then confirm to create the account. You must confirm your email address via an email sent automatically immediately after registration; also check the SPAM folder. Afterwards, you can log in from the login page using your email and password and, if you want to stay logged in, select the "Remember me" option.
Does registering mean a financial commitment?
No. Registration is free and does not involve any commitment from the user. The user can purchase credits to perform searches at their discretion.
Why do I need to verify my email?
The search sections are accessible only after logging in and verifying the email address. The platform sends a confirmation link and, until you activate it, invites you to request a new one directly from the verification page.
How do I recover a forgotten password?
On the login page, you will find the "Forgot password?" link. It takes you to a simple form where you enter your email and immediately receive an email message to choose a new password independently; also check the SPAM folder.
Can I update data or delete my account?
Yes. In the profile section, you can change your name and email, resend verification, change password, or request permanent deletion by entering your confirmation password. Warning! If you delete your account, all searches performed will be immediately deleted and cannot be restored. All operations are guided by clear forms and show on-screen confirmations.
Credits
Where do I see my available credits?
Once authenticated, you will find the credit counter always visible in the top bar, next to your name. The value updates automatically at the end of new processes. To update the counter, refresh the page or return to the dashboard.
How many credits does a search consume?
Each search depth has a precise cost corresponding to the number of calls GLIMPSE by Weevo makes to the AIs. The cost therefore corresponds to what is selected in the search form under "Search Depth" and is deducted subsequently. If the provider returns an error, GLIMPSE by Weevo automatically refunds the amount and prevents charges when the balance is insufficient.
What is the difference between search depths?
Depths define how thorough the analysis is and therefore the credit cost. Search depths range from 5 to 50, respectively for a faster and less detailed search up to a more thorough but slower search.
Creating and Organizing Searches
How do I start a new search?
From the dashboard, click "New Search" in the sidebar or use the central form. Select the provider, fill in the question, choose the search depth, and optionally indicate a Country or an existing/new folder to archive the result.
What is "AI Overview / Atlas"?
The "AI Overview / Atlas" box asks the model to integrate online sources: the option is saved along with the search, and GLIMPSE by Weevo signals if the function was actually used. This type of search responds more similarly to what AI can do if used by a user for their research. Running a search without checking the "AI Overview / Atlas" box means getting an answer based on that generative AI's proprietary database, therefore likely not recently updated.
How do I organize searches into projects?
You can create a project from the sidebar or the dedicated list; each folder belongs only to your profile. After creating the project, you can drag an already performed search into it or select the folder directly in the new search creation form.
Can I share my searches with other users?
You can share a search with another registered GLIMPSE by Weevo user if you know the email they registered with. Searches shared with you are found in the left sidebar, at the bottom.
Can I drag a search into a folder?
Yes. Searches in the side list are draggable: move them over the desired project to attach them quickly. The project badge updates and the search disappears from the "no project" list. If you don't see the change immediately, reload the page.
How do I filter or hide the sidebar?
You can filter projects and searches by typing in the "Search..." field (suggested shortcut ⌘K) and, if you prefer more space, temporarily close the bar: GLIMPSE by Weevo remembers your choice on the browser until you reopen it.
What are "no project" searches?
These are all analyses not assigned to folders: you see them at the bottom of the sidebar and can drag them into a project or leave them there. When you remove a search from a project, it automatically returns to this list so it is not lost.
Dashboard and Workspace
What do I find in the dashboard upon entry?
Upon first access, the central page shows the "New Search" form and the list of the latest analyses performed. When you open an item from the side menu, these contents disappear and the central area transforms into a workspace loading the selected page inside a dedicated pane.
How do I return to the dashboard?
You can return to the dashboard from the button at the top of the horizontal bar. You cannot return to the dashboard using the browser's back button.
What other features are accessible from the menu?
The workspace includes the Dashboard, the Searches page (where to manage projects and searches), the Comparisons page, and the Reports page.
Analyzing Results
What does the search detail view show?
The initial summary includes the search setting data. In the lower section, there are three tabs: the first for the results table (cited brands, mention %, associated terms, AI Sentiment); the second tab shows data collected in convenient charts; the third tab shows all terms associated with brands, divided by positive, neutral, negative.
How does processing progress work?
Processing starts automatically when you open the page: a bar indicates how many iterations have been completed, with distinct messages for in-progress, success, or error status. If the procedure is active, a real-time preview of the brands it is finding also appears.
Behind the scenes, the platform works and periodically updates the status via dedicated requests until it finishes or reports a problem.
How long does a search take?
Search duration depends on depth. If the search takes more than a minute, a message appears notifying the user of the option to wait for an email message upon completion.
How do I download results in CSV?
On the search page, you will find the "Download CSV" button. The file contains metadata (ID, date, provider, credits, prompt) and a table with brand, mention percentage, associated terms, and sentiment to facilitate subsequent analysis in Excel or similar.
Which charts are available?
In the "Charts" tab you find five visualizations: ranking by mention share, sentiment diverging chart, share vs sentiment scatter, stacked bars on term distribution, and finally, the interactive connection map. Charts activate automatically when data is ready.
What is the brand ↔ term map?
It is a dynamic diagram connecting each brand to recurring terms: you can drag nodes to reorder them and use zoom to explore relationships. If terms are missing, GLIMPSE by Weevo alerts that a new run is needed to populate the map.
What happens if data is missing for charts?
When data is insufficient, the page replaces the chart with a text note inviting you to relaunch the search or complete a batch to gather more information.
When are batch credits deducted?
Deepening batches deduct credits at startup based on search depth. A page refresh or click to the dashboard is needed to update the counter and see the new balance.
Management and Comparison of Searches
How do I delete or move a search?
From the search list in the dashboard or left sidebar, you can open or permanently delete an item via dedicated buttons. Each folder lists included searches and offers the "Remove" command to detach them from that specific folder. Deletion always requires confirmation.
Can I compare multiple searches?
GLIMPSE by Weevo provides the "Comparisons" feature, accessible via the top menu. This page allows comparing two to four searches and comparing results with a sortable table and two specific charts. If the searches concern the same question to the same provider but on different dates, the comparison also shows the trend of mentions and sentiment over time. The user can compare their own searches and/or searches shared by other users.
Report Creation and Publishing
How do I create reports?
In the navigation menu, there is a link to the "Reports" feature. On this page, the user can select a previously performed search or a shared search and transform it into a report commented directly by AI. Commentary texts can be edited and then saved by the user. The Report also includes an infographic of the top 5 brands cited in the responses, useful for social media sharing or as an image for articles.
How do I publish a report?
If you wish, you can publish the report with the specific button inside it. A public link is generated that can be shared with anyone, even those without a GLIMPSE by Weevo account.
Entering AI Responses
How do I enter generative AI responses?
To enter AI responses, you need to exist in their synthetic language. In practice: leave consistent, credible, and easily "synthesizable" traces online. GLIMPSE by Weevo measures if your brand appears in responses and in what contexts. Based on the analysis provided by GLIMPSE by Weevo and suggestions provided by Phil, you can develop a precise strategy.
How do I improve mention % and/or AI Sentiment?
Improving the percentage of mentions means increasing the clarity and strength of your online story: aligning site, social, media, and content according to the 3Ps (Product, People, Planet). Sentiment grows when what you communicate generates trust and consistency: authentic reviews, practiced values, verifiable stories. After analysis with GLIMPSE by Weevo, you can ask Phil to identify strengths, areas for improvement, and strategic advice to turn that data into action and make AI choose you as an authoritative source.
Who is Phil?
Phil is the first vertical generative intelligence, designed to give you advice on how to improve your brand or product presence in generative AI responses. It is an intelligence that analyzes intelligences. Based on data collected by GLIMPSE by Weevo, Phil offers precise direction to turn visibility into strategy.
